Welcome to your studio apartment located in the heart of Auckland’s CBD! You can’t find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment, as well as Viaduct Harbor and Queen St just a short walk along the front. Only around from Spark Arena also if you are in town for a gig.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a sofa bed for a third guest. There is also a small balcony to watch the world go by.
There is a brand new comfortable Queen bed. There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in the bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Monthly Stays: We have discount system we can offer. We can also accommodate long-term stays at our apartments so please send us a message to enquire about this.
Key Pick-Up: This is just around the corner, 3 minutes walk.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability – we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 2.30pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but the key pick up will hold your luggage for a small fee.
Optional Weekly Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Please just send us a message if you need the extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes).
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens for the sofa bed can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
